Every listing is probed hourly from our side: reachable, returns a valid 402, rails, price, latency, 30-day uptime. Sellers can't self-report. Non-custodial: your agent pays the seller's endpoint directly. Agents: use GET /market/search?q= or the MCP tool find_tools.

Requirements: your endpoint returns HTTP 402 with an x402 accepts[] and/or a Masumi/Stripe alternative when unpaid. We probe it on submit and hourly. Approval is manual. By listing you accept the terms (you are the seller of record; Tollgate is a directory).
